Proclamation
This chapter describes the commission that rests on all believers to carry the Gospel of Salvation and the Gospel of Healing to the world. However, execution of this commission has eroded over the centuries, possible reasons of which are presented.

God will do anything He wants to do to protect you and I from impending danger. The story that is shared here is a true story that happened to a friend of mine. The story is told from her perspective.
Divine Interception
Many times we make our requests to our Father and we imagine God answering in a certain way. We have these notions of how the answer would dramatically unfold leaving mouths gapping and faces aglow from His Glory. Well, we do have one thing right, God does answer but it may not come in the manner we suppose. The answer may be straightforward or may come in disguise or in some obscure way but very seldom in the way we imagined.
The point is,
Just watch for it, listen, and be courageous enough to follow the instructions.

Faith that Moves
For those who joined me, although challenging, I trust that your journey has been as joyous and intriguing. Talk about a honeymoon with the Lord! With the focus on just Him, everything else silenced, God has spoken.
This writing consists of some things the Lord dropped into my spirit that I would like to share with you.
Repentance
From Adam’s Fall (Genesis chapter 3) until now there has been a war raging inside all humankind. It is an age-old struggle between two internal entities, the spirit and the flesh. Each are in battle to win the “heart” of the soul.

Encouragement
Have you ever been in a place of struggle where it seems your sanity is holding on by a thread? Paul the Apostle described it as the body having no rest because there was trouble on every side with fears and fighting within and fears and fighting without. Although the time of struggle seems long, for those who learn how to wait, the Blessings of Mephibosheth will overtake you.
Divine Interception
This is a true story of how God still deals with us today. If you chose to keep God in a box, neatly tied, comprehensible and manageable, when you open it, you’ll find He’s not there…your notions are. This story was shared by a good friend and I just couldn’t keep it to myself.
Every time I put God in a box, I’m left sweeping up the pieces of shredded cardboard.

“No man is an island, no man stands alone” is a portion of the song we sang at our eight grade graduation ceremony. That’s been many years ago and I’ve learned that to be true. Man is not meant to be alone but some people stay while others go their way. The good news is that there has been one that’s been steady…when I place my faith in God and Walk with Him, I’m never alone.
Come with me as I explore how to get the best out of your walk with God by looking at those who walked with God in the Bible.
Aspirations
Everyone born has a calling, a gift, a talent, a purpose. If you breached your mother’s womb and gasped your first breath of air, you were chosen to do, to be, to impact lives. The volume of lives doesn’t matter…many or few, you were chosen to grace the lives of those particular people. But what happens when nothing pans out the way you’ve mapped it? Your initial thoughts of grandeur and mission seem to have stalled over time. Is there hope? Can you rebound? I’ll answer that by looking at Moses who was chosen yet his ideals dried out in a desert place until God showed up. I will venture to draw parallels between Moses’ journey from a desert place to destiny and the journey we are yet traveling to reach our end goal. Perhaps we can extract some lessons of encouragement to push forward.
Faith that Moves
Have you ever been in a situation where things were taking forever? Like standing in a long line in a grocery store waiting for the cashier to get a price check on a customer’s unpriced item? Or waiting for your turn in the barber’s or stylist’s chair? Or waiting for a big income tax refund but you’ve made the mistake of paper filing and having to wait on IRS manual processing and the US mail system?
On a more serious note, not that those instances aren’t…ever lose your home and the system put in place to help simply gave you a number and told you to “do whatever” until they can get to you. Be it the loss of a home, a family member, a marriage, a job, you are told to ‘tread water’ until land appears.
The story I’m sharing is of a woman in the Bible who found herself in a “do whatever” situation. But after years of “doing” just “whatever” she could to put one day behind the next she found herself in a “worth the wait” windfall. What God did for her; He’s prepared to do for you.
