We are now at the final dispensation of the Seven Dispensations of Man. As a reminder, dispensations are time periods that show the evolution of God’s relationship with man from creation to the end of this world.

The six dispensations previously presented:  

1. Dispensation of Innocence – the beginning of man’s relationship with God and his fall into sin which led to his expulsion from the Garden and separation from the Presence of God.
2. Dispensation of Conscience – in the absence of God’s counsel, mankind resorts to his conscience as his guide which led to gross wickedness. In judgement, God destroyed all mankind, except for eight souls, with the Great Flood.
3. Dispensation of Human Government – mankind unites to exalt themselves rather than God which led to the judgement of God confusing their language.
4. Dispensation of Promise – God chooses a forever people through the Abrahamic Covenant, that through Abraham the nations of the whole world would be blessed with the promise of a Savior. This dispensation ends with the tribe of Israel being enslaved in Egypt.
5. Dispensation of Law – Israel is given God’s commandments for godly living of which they continually fall short. This dispensation ends with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
6. Dispensation of Grace – Christ’s death reconciled mankind back to God. The Church comes on the scene but God lives in the tabernacles of men through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Church thrives until it allows corruption to enter. Judgement comes when Jesus returns to retrieve those who have kept their “garments clean.” All those left behind experience The Great Tribulation. After seven years Jesus returns and the battle of Armageddon ensues where he destroys the antichrist, his prophet and holds Satan captive in the abyss.

Now let’s go into the seventh and final era of mankind bound with Time!

⁹ They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

¹¹ Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 

¹² And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 

¹³ The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. 

¹⁴ Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 

¹⁵ Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

⁹ Then one of the seven angels who held the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come with me! I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

¹⁰ So he took me in the Spirit to a great, high mountain,

and he showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God. 

¹¹ It shone with the glory of God and sparkled like a precious stone—like jasper as clear as crystal. 

¹² The city wall was broad and high, with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels. And the names of the twelve tribes of Israel were written on the gates.

¹⁴ The wall of the city had twelve foundation stones, and on them were written the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

The Bride is comprised of Jews and Gentiles. The gate of the Jews is how Gentiles entered the Promise through Abraham. The apostles in the New Testament established the foundation on which the Bride, Jews and Gentiles were prepared for their eternal home.

¹⁵ The angel who talked to me held in his hand a gold measuring stick to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. 

¹⁶ When he measured it, he found it was a square, as wide as it was long. In fact, its length and width and height were each 1,400 miles. 

¹⁷ Then he measured the walls and found them to be 216 feet thick (according to the human standard used by the angel).

²² I saw no temple in the city, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 

²³ And the city has no need of sun or moon, for the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb is its light. 

²⁴ The nations will walk in its light, and the kings of the world will enter the city in all their glory. 

²⁵ Its gates will never be closed at the end of day because there is no night there. 

²⁷ Nothing evil will be allowed to enter, nor anyone who practices shameful idolatry and dishonesty—but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

¹Then the angel showed me a river with the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 

² It flowed down the center of the main street. On each side of the river grew a tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, with a fresh crop each month. The leaves were used for medicine to heal the nations.

¹² “Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds. 

Summary:

The Dispensation of the Kingdom escorts Christ’s Bride , the Church, out of the framework of Time into boundless Eternity where she will live forever.  All I can say to you after everything that was  presented about what was, what is and what will come, is don’t be foolish enough to make light of it. Don’t allow the pressures of the here and now block your ears and blind your eyes. Please don’t be a part of the many that will stand before God and say ‘I didn’t think it was for real.’  How sad that day will be…for you.
